Cylindrical basketry. Special basketry: two superimposed diagonal webs, a third tangled horizontal web securing the first two. Very narrow strands. Rolled edge: the upright strands are wound into a bundle of spirally-turned strands, cedar or ash clisse.
This container was used to collect freshwater clams from the shores of lakes.
